Attending Pam's retreat in Vermont was a transformative experience. Pam Godbois, LICSW, E-RYT 500, Life Coach
As a therapist and coach with over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my work to helping women heal past wounds, build resilience, and reconnect with their true selves. My own journey with chronic inflammatory illness has shown me firsthand how deeply stress, trauma, and emotional baggage manifest in the body—something so many women silently carry. This understanding fuels my passion for guiding others through deep healing, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery.
At this retreat, I’ll be weaving together yoga, meditation, and transformational coaching to help you release what no longer serves you, realign with your authentic self, and step into a life of greater ease and vitality. This is more than just a weekend away—it’s an opportunity to reset, restore, and remember who you truly are.
Val Leyton, LCMHC, RYT 200
As a therapist and yoga teacher, I’ve spent years helping women navigate the weight of caregiving, grief, and life’s many transitions. Through my own struggles with health and caregiving, I’ve learned just how essential it is to slow down, listen to our bodies, and prioritize our own well-being—not just for survival, but for true healing.
At this retreat, I’ll be guiding you to breathe deeply, release what’s been weighing you down, and cultivate resilience from the inside out. With a mix of mindful movement, reflection, and a whole lot of laughter, we’ll create space for you to nurture your body, mind, and spirit—so you can return home feeling lighter, stronger, and more aligned with your true self.
