You're not alone!

Whether you are:

"...left me feeling re-ignited and cracked wide open in the best possible way"
This retreat left me feeling re-ignited and cracked wide open in the best possible way.  Between yoga sessions (as a total newbie, I felt completely comfortable and cared for), awe-inspiring food at every meal, and conversations that served as soul-food, it’s an experience I’ll never forget.
There is something truly magical about being among other people, with an unspoken level of trust, vulnerability and understanding, void of any judgment.  That was a resounding feeling throughout the retreat, and I’ll always cherish the impact of it all! Â

Farm-to-Table Goodness
Like everything, the meals are amazing. Locally sourced, gluten-free, and heavy on vegetables. (If you have food restrictions let us know, our chef is happy to accommodate.)
Breakfast daily is based around Val's favorite slow cooker oatmeal. Along with a collection of fruits, hard-boiled eggs, breads, and cereals, breakfast is an "on your own" affair that is set out the night before to accommodate all schedules. Local coffee and tons of tea varieties round out the breakfast meal.
Lunch and Dinner are prepared daily and include some of my favorite recipes. Be prepared to be blown away by what there is to offer.
Sunday, following yoga, we are treated to a farewell brunch, including local farm-fresh bacon.
"...a moment that truly boosted my confidence..."
Attending Pam's retreat in Vermont was a transformative experience. The serene environment provided a perfect backdrop for deepening my practice, with stunning natural surroundings that fostered peace and focus. I vividly remember doubting my ability to do a handstand, thinking it was far beyond my reach. However, Pam's expert guidance and encouragement helped me achieve it in less than ten minutes, a moment that truly boosted my confidence. The retreat also featured amazing vegan food, offering a delicious variety of healthy meals that left me feeling nourished and energized. Pam's retreat was a perfect blend of challenge, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality.
