Harmony at Home: Parenting Without Yelling Course Customer Service Agreement

This Harmony at Home: Parenting Without Yelling Customer Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Pam Godbois Coaching & PJG Training LLC,  ("Company"), and the individual ("Consumer") who has purchased the course Harmony at Home: Parenting Without Yelling (the "Course"). By purchasing the Course, the Consumer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Course Fee and Payment:
2. The Consumer agrees to pay the course fee as specified at the time of purchase. For installment payments, payments will be automatically processed on a monthly basis using the payment method provided by the consumer.
3. In the event that a payment is not successfully processed, the Company's software system will automatically make up to three (3) additional attempts to collect the payment within a reasonable period.
4. When paying in full, payment will be processed at the time of purchase. 
5. Cancellation and Access Termination:
6. Once the course is paid in full, the Consumer will maintain access to the course for the course’s life online. 
7. Lifetime access references and is limited by the Company’s existence in the online marketplace. The company will do all it can to ensure this continual access. 
8. If the consumer stops payment and does not meet their financial obligations, access to the course will be suspended. 
9. Refunds:
10. The Company does offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the consumer is not satisfied with the course material, provided they have completed 50% or less of the course material, they can request a refund prior to 14 days from the purchase date and minus any processing fees from the bank or payment processor. 
11. Communication:
12. The Consumer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information to the Company.
13. The Company may communicate with the Consumer regarding the Course, including but not limited to, billing, benefits, updates, and changes, via email, phone, or other appropriate means.
14. Changes to Terms:
15. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, including Course fees, payment processing, and cancellation policies. Changes will be communicated to the Consumer via email or other appropriate means.
16. Limitation of Liability:
17. The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Consumer as a result of payment processing issues, cancellation of access, or any other circumstances related to the Course.
18. Governing Law:
19. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, USA.
20. Entire Agreement:
21. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Consumer and the Company with respect to the Course and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

By purchasing the Course, the Consumer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
